Practice Hours
We offer short and long-term therapy tailored to your particular needs. Sessions can vary in length; a typical session is 50 minutes. Both daytime and evening appointments during the week and weekends are available. All sessions are provided virtually at this time.
Insurance Coverage
Most insurance plans cover the services of Registered Psychotherapists. Please ask your insurance provider if you are eligible for reimbursement.
OHIP covers only psychiatric services at this time, not psychotherapy or psychological services.
